David Noon is an American composer of contemporary classical music. Among his teachers was Darius Milhaud. He was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship for composition at the Music Conservatory in Warsaw, Poland. Noon furthermore served, for many years, as faculty at Manhattan School of Music in New York City. His compositional oeuvre includes 232 works for chamber music, orchestra, and choir.
